Description:
The Giles Kid's Fishing Day Committee hosts the 19th Annual Giles Kids Fishing Day event on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at the Narrows Town Park.

Event Schedule:
• 9:00-9:30 AM: Only Ages 3-8 Can Fish
• 9:30 AM: Ages 9-15 Can Fish

We are so excited to get back to our big event at the town park and hope that everyone else is too!

This event is an important and positive influence on the children of this community. Our goal is to educate them on the joys of fishing and the dangers of drugs. We want to ensure that the children of Narrows and surrounding communities know that there are far better activities to participate in than drug use.

The first 400 kids will receive a free shirt and gift bag. There are over 200 golden ticket prizes the will be awarded as well. Lunch will be sold by the Narrows Volunteer Fire Department, Giles School of Dance and Scoops Ice Cream. And, kids activities will be available on the tennis courts as well.

This is a free event for ages 3-15 years.

This is a great day to enjoy with your family and we hope to see you there!

Gates open at 8:00 AM.

The event is rain or shine.
