Description:
Sustainable Blacksburg presents a Sustainable Sunday Garden Tour on Sunday, May 22, 2022 at Pandapas Pond in Blacksburg, VA.
This hike is the first in a series of free Sustainable Garden Tours to be held in the afternoon of the fourth Sunday of the month, May-September (exact times may vary).
The first garden is a native plant demonstration garden accessed using the Woods and Field Trail, a 10-minute walk from the lower parking lot at Pandapas Pond. Our tour host will be Barb Walker, who established the pollinator garden, along with several of the volunteers who help maintain the garden.
Come anytime during the tour timeframe.
Light refreshments will be served.
This is a family-friendly event so feel free to bring the kids and enjoy a walk in the beautiful National Forest.
