Virginia Tech hosts the NCAA Softball Tournament 1st Round Regional featuring Miami (Ohio) vs. Kentucky on Friday, May 20, 2022 at Tech Softball Park.

The double-elimination regional will conclude on Sunday, May 22nd and the winner of the 2022 NCAA Blacksburg Regional will match up with the winner of the Gainesville Regional in the NCAA Super Regional round on May 27-29. If Virginia Tech wins its regional, it will host the winner of the Gainesville Regional in the Blacksburg Super Regional.

General admission tickets are $10.00 each for all ages and will be delivered digitally.

All bleacher seating is general admission.

Beamer Way will be closed from the middle of Lane Stadium to the intersection at the entrance to Lots 2 and 4, beginning three (3) hours prior to the first game of the day until after the end of the last game of the day. Food trucks will be set up on Beamer Way, offering additional options for fans looking for concessions.

Free parking for fans will be available in Lots 2 (Lane Stadium South Endzone) and 5 (Chicken Hill). Fans are encouraged to enter campus via Southgate Drive.

Gates will open 60 minutes prior to the first pitch of the first game each day.
