UPDATE: Due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond the control of CI, Inc and the Hill School Community Center, we have had to make the very difficult decision to cancel Juneteenth: Lift Every Voice.

Christiansburg Institute presents Juneteenth 2022 "Lift Every Voice" on Saturday, June 18, 2022 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.

This is a free community event and jubilee featuring live entertainment, food trucks and Black retail vendors. The event will also feature a conversation about the history of slavery in Montgomery County from a community-based perspective with descendants of both enslaved and slave-owning families.

This Juneteenth celebration is being co-hosted by Christiansburg Institute, the Hill School Community Center, and the Christiansburg Institute Alumni Association.
