Description:
Dance.tech presents their 2022 Spring Dance Recital titled "Once Upon a Time" on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at Blacksburg High School with performances at 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
Join us for our annual Spring Dance Recital, featuring performances by both recreational and pre-professional level dancers from the New River Valley and surrounding areas. As we celebrate our 23rd Season of dance excellence, we invite friends, family, and alumni to celebrate our return to the Blacksburg High School stage!
This year's show "Once Upon a Time" takes the audience on a journey through classic fairytale stories: 'Hansel and Gretel', 'Jill and the Beanstalk', 'Goldilocks and the 3 Bears', 'Little Red Riding Hood', 'Thumbelina', and 'The 3 Little Pigs'. The grand finale production number brings each of the main characters together into one fun-filled dance!
The 1:00 PM Matinee Performance features our recreational dancers and showcases award-winning competition choreography.
The 6:00 PM Evening Performance features brand new choreography performed by our pre-professional level dancers.
Tickets are $12.00 for adults, $10.00 for children ages 3-12 and free for children ages 2 & under.
Tickets can be pre-purchased at the studio or at the door at Blacksburg High School.
