Science on Tap - New River Valley presents the program "Building Soils for a Healthy Life" on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at Rising Silo Farm Brewery in Blacksburg, VA.

Enjoy a Q&A panel with gardeners, soil experts, and sustainability advocates on how the soil we build influences our health and the health of the environment.

There will be games, prizes, and swag for all attendees!

Admission is free and all are welcome.

Science on Tap - New River Valley is a monthly event with science-inspired speakers, performers, and discussions. We support bringing science to our community and our community’s support to local research.

We kick off the event with games, comedy, or other fun things. Then, an invited guest researcher demos their research. And then we'll discuss, ask questions, learn together and mingle.
