The Mount Tabor Ruritan Club presents their July 2022 Fish Fry on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at Slusser's Chapel in Blacksburg, VA.

Enjoy a single serving of fish, fries, slaw and homemade desserts and beverage. This is a fundraiser for the Ruritan Club's community service projects and scholarships.

This month the Blacksburg Community Band will be performing.

The Blacksburg Community Band, Inc. is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit community organization formed in 1989 under the auspices of the Department of Parks and Recreation in the Town of Blacksburg, Virginia.

The ensemble is open to individuals of all ages and ability levels from the New River Valley and surrounding areas and performs in an average of 20 concerts each year throughout the New River Valley. The band was incorporated in Virginia as a non-profit corporation in 2007.
