The Virginia Tech Women's Club (VTWC) will host a Welcome Reception at the Grove at Virginia Tech on Thursday, September 15, 2022 from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
Dr. Laura Sands, Honorary President, and Sue Bentley, VTWC President, will host the Reception. Learn about VTWC and embrace our core values of friendship, education, scholarship, and service. Learn about our mission of providing scholarships for VT women, Luncheons and Programs, Interest Groups, Friday Forums, and Service to the community.
Refreshments will be served.
Admission is free and all are welcome.
Parking space is available in the Litton-Reaves Extension Lot and shuttle service will be provided.
The Grove is located at 225 Grove Lane in Blacksburg, VA on the campus of Virginia Tech. The Grove, is the home of Virginia Tech President Tim Sands and our honorary president Dr. Laura Sands.
Organized in 1965, the purpose of the Virginia Tech Women's Club is to expand the intellectual and social horizons of its membership, provide scholarships for women at Virginia Tech, and promote the interests of Virginia Tech.
The Virginia Tech Women’s Club (VTWC) is a support organization for the VT community. We welcome current and retired faculty and staff, the wives of current and retired faculty and staff, as well as VT alumni, and interested community members to become active members.
