Description:
Historic Smithfield presents the class "Beginner Appalachian Toy Making" on Sunday, September 11, 2022.

Participants will make and assemble classic Appalachian toys using simple hand tools. Toys that will be made include: whimmy-diddle, buzz-saw and jumping jack.

The cost is $30.00 for Town of Blacksburg residents and $35.00 for non-residents.

No woodworking experience needed.

Participants ages 14 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
