Watch the Virginia Tech Football team open their 2022 home regular football season and compete against ACC conference opponent Boston College on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at Lane Stadium.

Game Day Schedule:
• 4:30-7:15 PM: Hokie Village Fan Festival
• 5:30 PM: Hokie Walk on Beamer Way
• 6:00 PM: Gates Open
• 6:40 PM: March to Victory with bands & cheerleaders starting in Chicken Hill
• 8:00 PM: Kick-Off for Game

This game serves as the 2022 home opener and is the Orange Effect Game so all fans are encouraged to wear orange.

The game will be broadcast on The ACC Network.

Face value for tickets to the UNC game range from $65.00-$95.00 depending on seat location. Fan Four Packs are also available with tickets $20.00 each.

Lane Stadium offers both beer and seltzers for purchase on the concourses for those ages 21 and older.

In efforts to improve the flow and speed of transactions on all concourses of Lane, Virginia Tech Athletics introduces all cashless concessions for the first time.

The Hokie Village Fan Festival will be open before the game from 4:30-7:15 PM. Live music will be performed by Matt Tucker Band. Fans can enjoy food trucks and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) all season long, with some additional options available in the circle drive on the West Side of Cassell Coliseum. Various VT Athletic teams will be signing autographs.
