Watch the Virginia Tech Football team continue their 2022 home regular football season and compete against ACC conference rival the University of Miami on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at Lane Stadium.

Game Day Schedule:
• 9:00-11:30 AM: Hokie Village Fan Festival
• 10:00 AM: Hokie Walk on Beamer Way
• 10:30 AM: Gates Open
• 11:10 AM: March to Victory with bands & cheerleaders starting in Chicken Hill
• 12:30 PM: Kick-Off for Game

This game serves as the Maroon Effect Game so all fans are encouraged to wear maroon.

There will be a military flyover during the national anthem weather permitting. The 2022 ACC Champion Hokies Softball team will be recognized on the field at a media timeout.

The broadcast station will be RSN.

In efforts to improve the flow and speed of transactions on all concourses of Lane, Virginia Tech Athletics introduces all cashless concessions for the first time.

The Hokie Village Fan Festival will be open before the game. Fans can enjoy food trucks and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) all season long, with some additional options available in the circle drive on the West Side of Cassell Coliseum along with live music. Various VT Athletic teams will be signing autographs.
