The Milk Parlor presents Sam Burchfield and A Brother's Fountain in concert on Thursday, November 10, 2022.

A Brother's Fountain is a band birthed from deep spiritual expression within the avenue of passionate music. It's a rag tag group of musicians who took the back door into the music scene.

Their story began on the street corners of old town Fort Collins, Colorado. Starting out with just two guitarists and songwriters, the band has evolved into a seven piece with an eclectic combination of instruments. They have uncovered a folk inspired genre that you've always wanted to hear, but never knew existed.

Raised in the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains of South Carolina, Sam Burchfield was brought up on Appalachian music: folk, gospel, country and southern soul. Modern folk meets old school soul.

Reconnecting to the earth, and reconnecting to each other is the underlying passion that pushes the young songwriter to carry on. Sam is now settled in Jasper, GA with his lovely wife (artist Pip the Pansy) and newborn son.
