The Truck Club at Virginia Tech presents their Auto Fest on Saturday, November 12, 2022 in the Chicken Hill Parking Lot on the campus of Virginia Tech.

Event Schedule:
• 12:00-3:30 PM: Active Judging for Awards
• 12:00-2:00 PM: Kountry Roads Sounds Live DJ
• 12:30-3:30 PM: Dyno Pulls Available
• 2:00-4:00 PM: Audio Fever Performance
• 3:30-4:00 PM: Award Winners Announced

Truck Club at Virginia Tech welcomes you to our very first Auto Fest! Enjoy the largest automotive event on Virginia Tech's campus. This family-friendly event will showcase cars, trucks, motorcycles, student organizations and a whole lot more! Awards, giveaways, music from Kountry Roads Sounds and Audio Fever, and food from Sam's Hot Dogs and Tinker Mountain Kettle Corn will also be at the event.

• Best-Motorcycle-In-Show
• Most-HP-In-Show (Dyno participants ONLY)
• Least-HP-In-Show (Dyno participants ONLY)

Admissions to Auto Fest is free for spectators and $10.00 per vehicle for the general public and $5.00 per vehicle for Virginia Tech student organizations.

Participants displaying vehicle can complete the Auto Fest 2022 Form online at: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScftkyhMqFIZGNFRrGR4wgGPb75C7LdCIHjjh0qu1VFDuJAsQ/viewform.

You may prepay your vehicle fee with cash, check, or Venmo (@truckclubvt). Vehicle fees will be asked at the entrance of Auto Fest for those that do not pay in advance.

The Truck Club at Virginia Tech is proud to announce that we will accept donations to support the Toys For Tots Initiative, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and Shayne Lee's Scholarship Fund! We hope you enjoy everything that Auto Fest will have to offer and we kindly ask that you donate to these fantastic causes during your time at the event. Cash, check, and Venmo will be accepted for donations. Also, consider donating a new, unwrapped toy to support the Toys for Tots Initiative.

The Dyno On The Go will be on-site. The cost is $25.00 per pull for Truck Club members and $35.00 per pull for non-members.

The Truck Club at Virginia Tech is a student-run organization for people who share a passion for trucks. We are here to serve the community and provide a space where trucks become a vessel for positive change. We strive to establish a culture of respect, hard work, and family among our members. We encourage people of all interests and backgrounds to join.
