Jessie Peterman Library presents Art Therapy with the 401 on Wednesday, January 4, 2023.
Try art therapy with a licensed 401 Certified Peer Recovery Specialist. If you don't think of yourself as an artist, that's totally fine. We will meet twice a month to create and breathe. Did you know that there is growing evidence that art therapy helps conditions that relate to mood, such as anxiety and depression, trauma, low self-esteem, and similar disorders?
This is an all ages program. Families are welcomed.
Jessie Peterman Library is located at 321 West Main Street in Floyd, VA.
