Meet fitness instructors, preview various class formats, look around the gym, check out our equipment and plan out your workout regimen.
Have questions about certain exercises or programs? Come in and we will help you!
Complete a scavenger hunt around the center to be entered to win some great prizes including Old Town Field concert series tickets, a Waldron sweatshirt, ECF hat and a gift card.
