Join us for our Renew in the New Year Event at Renew and Restore Wellness Center! We will have compression therapy demos, swag bags, goodies from several local businesses including food from Bull & Bones, drinks from Blue Sky Botanicals, cookies from Freckled Frosting, special event pricing for our in-person guests on red light therapy and cryotherapy, healthy snacks and mocktails!
Admission is free and all are welcome.
