The Virginia Tech Department of Apparel, Housing, and Resource Management presents "Alumnae Stories: Alumnae of Fashion Merchandising and Design" on display between March 1, 2023 through March 31, 2023 in the Wallace Hall Atrium on the campus of Virginia Tech.

Select garments and accessories for the Oris Glisson Historic Costume and Textile Collection donated by alumnae from what is presently known as the Fashion Merchandising and Design program will be on display in the Wallace Hall Atrium throughout the month of March.

The mission of The Oris Glisson Historic Costume and Textile Collection is to preserve and document fashionable dress items worn in southwestern Virginia to illustrate to students, faculty, alumni, and the Virginia Tech community, the changing values in apparel design and clothing use from the 18th century to present.

Admission is free and all are welcome.

The Oris Glisson Historic Costume and Textile Collection is housed within the Department of Apparel, Housing, and Resource Management in Wallace Hall Room 123A on the campus of Virginia Tech.
