The Blacksburg Parks and Recreation Department presents the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting for Hand-in-Hand Playground on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at Blacksburg Municipal Park (Caboose Park).

Join us for the grand opening of the newly designed Hand-in-Hand playground. Ribbon cutting ceremony and remarks will begin at 11:00 AM, the event will run until 1:00 PM. Event attendees are encouraged to arrive by 10:50 AM to gather for the ribbon cutting ceremony.

Bring your families & friends and enjoy a free meal from Sam's Hot Dog Stand after the ceremony. Donuts from Carol Lee Donut Shop will also be available before you head off to explore one of Blacksburg's most beloved playgrounds.

Admission is free.

The event is rain or shine.

Blacksburg Municipal Park (Caboose Park) is located at 920 Turner Street in Blacksburg, VA.
