Shelor Motor Mile presents the 2023 Chevy Youth Baseball Clinic for Ages 5-14 on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at Shelor Motor Mile Park.

Event Schedule:
• 4:30-5:30 PM: Registration Check-In
• 5:30-8:30 PM: Baseball Clinic
• 8:30 PM: Dismissal

Shelor Motor Mile is offering a free instructional baseball and softball clinic for both boys and girls of all skill levels ages 5-14 (special needs participants of all ages). Qualified coaching staff from Ripken Baseball will separate participants into age groups and rotate them through stations to learn and enhance essential baseball and softball skills.

Each participant's family will receive a family four pack of tickets to any Pulaski River Turtles game this season after completing the clinic.

Reservations are required due to limited spots and are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Family members are strongly encouraged to attend the entire clinic. We recommend that you bring a cooler with refreshments as concessions may not be available. A post-clinic snack will be provided for all participants.

These clinics are funded by participating Chevrolet dealerships and give participants the opportunity to receive training from experienced instructors. Youth league members will spend a half day learning the fundamentals of baseball/softball such as hitting, fielding, and pitching with professional instruction provided by former or current Major League Baseball™ or Minor League Baseball™ players and coaches or the specialized Ripken Baseball staff.

Motor Mile Park is located at 2306 Tyler Road in Christiansburg, VA off of Interstate 81's Radford Exit 109.
