The Blacksburg Farmers Market presents a Gardening Book Swap with Blacksburg Books along with Music from Isaac Hadden along with the regular farmers market vendors on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at Market Square Park.

Blacksburg Books will be at the Farmers Market with all sorts of books about gardening, cooking with fresh herbs and vegetables, landscaping, and other garden-related books. Bring your old books and trade them for new ones. No registration is necessary, just stop by.

Blacksburg's own Isaac Hadden returns home from Asheville, North Carolina to perform from 3:00-6:00 PM.

The Blacksburg Farmers Market offers local meats, organic produce, baked goods, crafts, flowers and more in the heart of downtown Blacksburg! Support your local farmers and artists and enjoy the benefits of a strengthened community, healthy living, and support for responsible business practices.

Isaac Hadden is a young, genre-smashing guitarist, vocalist, and bandleader from Southwest, VA, currently based in Asheville, NC. His cutting-edge playing style and animated stage presence, combined with his passion and talent have helped him build a supportive fanbase in the United States and abroad. He was voted Best of the Blue Ridge 2022.

The Blacksburg Farmers Market is open every Saturday April through October from 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM at Market Square Park in downtown Blacksburg, VA. The Wednesday Market is open from April through December. From November-December, the Saturday hours change to 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM. From January-March, the Saturday hours change to 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM.

All of our farms are located within a 50 mile radius of downtown Blacksburg, VA.
