Radford University Planetarium presents the James Webb Space Telescope Community Event on Wednesday, July 12, 2023.
Join us for a full day of free science activities in celebration of the one-year anniversary of the first images from the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST)!
There will be JWST planetarium shows throughout the day, the Museum of the Earth Sciences and Radford University's Greenhouse will be open for guests, there will be button-making and other activities including physics, astronomy, biology and chemistry available throughout the event.
Admission is free and all are welcome. Activities are appropriate for all ages.
This will all happen in Radford University's Center for the Sciences, in the Main Street lobby area, where the Planetarium is located.
Radford University Planetarium is located at 925 East Main Street in Radford, VA on the campus of Radford University.
