The Radford Public Library presents A Zoom Virtual Author Talk with Rachel Beanland, author of "The House Is On Fire" on Thursday, July 13, 2023.
Join us on Zoom to meet author Rachel Beanland and hear her talk about her exciting new historical fiction book titled "The House Is On Fire". This riveting reimagining is about one of early America's deadliest tragedies, the Richmond Theater Fire of 1811, told from the perspectives of four characters whose lives are irrevocably altered in the aftermath of the inferno. Beanland also wrote "Florence Adler Swims Forever".
