The Meadowbrook Public Library presents the program "Backyard Chickens" on Saturday, September 16, 2023.
September is National Chicken Month and if you want to know more about chickens this is the program for you! Topics will include determining the time and resources needed to keep chickens, choosing the best breeds for beginners, tips on building safe and predator-proof shelters, and much more.
Special guests will be the presenter's chickens showcasing different breeds.
