The Virginia Tech School of Performing Arts kicks off their 2023/2024 Music on Mondays series featuring "Vive la France! An Evening of French Piano Music" by Richard Masters on Monday, September 11, 2023 in the Squires Recital Salon located within the Squires Student Center on the campus of Virginia Tech.
This year's Music On Mondays series kicks off with a performance by the School of Performing Arts' Associate Professor of Piano and Collaborative Piano, Richard Masters!
The program includes works by Jean-Philippe Rameau, César Franck, Gabriel Fauré, and Emmanuel Chabrier.
Masters is a soloist, opera coach, chamber musician, orchestral pianist, and an associate professor of piano and collaborative piano on the music faculty in the School of Performing Arts. In addition to his work on campus, Masters is a soloist, opera coach, chamber musician, and orchestral pianist.
Admission is free and no reservations are required.
Squires Recital Salon is located at 290 College Avenue in Blacksburg, VA within the Squires Student Center on the campus of Virginia Tech.
