Sustainable Blacksburg and Warm Hearth Village present a Solar Open House and Electric Vehicle Showcase on Saturday, October 7, 2023 at the Warm Hearth Village Center.
Showcase of solar technologies, home energy efficiency improvements and electric powered vehicles, bikes, trikes and scooters. Learn how you can save money and help the environment at the same time. Exhibitors include local solar installers, homeowners, energy efficiency evaluation and building experts, electric vehicle owners and community organizations working to encourage the use of these technologies.
In addition to exhibitors at the Warm Hearth Village Center, a home will also be on the tour and attendees will be able to see solar panels, battery electric vehicle (BEV) charger and energy monitoring system as well as plans for energy storage.
Warm Hearth Village Center is located at 2387 Warm Hearth Drive in Blacksburg, VA.
