First Lego League Virginia + Washington, D.C. presents a FIRST LEGO League Challenge Tournament on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at Blacksburg High School.
FIRST LEGO League Challenge is robotics program for youth ages 8-16 years old. Teams of 3-10 youth members, from Virginia and Washington, D.C., engage in research, problem-solving, coding and engineering – building and programming a LEGO robot that navigates the missions of a robot game. As part of Challenge, teams also participate in a research project to identify and solve a relevant real-world problem.
Spectators are welcome and admission is free.
Volunteers are also needed for the tournament. Volunteers must be 14 years or older.
Blacksburg High School is located at 3401 Bruin Lane in Blacksburg, VA.
