In Balance Yoga Studio presents their Kunga Fest 2023 Fall Fundraiser, a two-day Donations Yoga Festival, on Friday, October 6, 2023 from 2:00-8:30 PM and Saturday, October 7, 2023 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM.

Friday Schedule:
• 2:00 PM: Sound Meditation, Acupuncture/Acupressure, with Energy Medicine
with Jack, Emilce and Nicole
• 4:15 PM: Gentle Flow with Trish at our VTCRC studio space
• 4:30 PM: Aerial for Beginners with Staff
• 7:30 PM: Cacao Ceremony with Sound Healing with Jack
• 7:30 PM: Glowga with Erin L.

Saturday Schedule:
• 8:30 AM: Hot Flow Mix with Kim B.
• 10:00 AM: Aerial for Beginners with Diana
• 10:00 AM: All Level Flow with Annie
• 11:30 AM: Restorative/Yin Hammock Yoga with Cathy
• 11:30 AM: Yin - Deep Stretch with Live Guitar Music with Devin and member Justin
• 1:00 PM: All Level Flow with Jason
• 1:00 PM: Pilates and Barre with Jen McDonald
• 2:30 PM: Headstands 101 with Erin L. and Nicole
• 2:30 PM: Introduction to Martial Arts with Spencer

Join In Balance Yoga for their Kunga Fest 2023 Fall Fundraiser with 100% of the donations donated to directly support the Homes of Hope Orphanage in India. Homes of Hope is a safe space for orphaned, abandoned, or trafficked young girls in India.

In Balance Yoga is offering 20 donation-based classes throughout the two-day event. No membership is required to attend these special classes however donations are welcomed. Glow in the dark yoga, ariel yoga, yoga classes with live music and gentle flow, are just some of the options offered.

A wellness silent auction will also be offered with bidding open until 5:00 PM on Saturday, October 7th. Over 20 items are in the auction including a 60-minute massage, a one-hour private yoga session, an acupuncture session, private aerial session and more!

Yoga classes and events are by donation though registration is required.
