The Town of Floyd presents the 2023 Floyd Small Town Fall Festival with The Arcadian Wild and openers Hayden Watkins and the Handmade Music School on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 outside at Warren G. Lineberry Memorial Park.
If you've enjoyed the Floyd Small Town Summer Series, end the season with two nights of great live folk, old time & bluegrass music at the Floyd Small Town Festival.
The Arcadian Wild is a folk band based in Nashville, Tennessee. The genre-bending trio's innovative use of vocal harmony counterpoint has helped redefine the possibilities of modern string band music.
Named for a utopian landscape in Greek mythology, the group got its start roughly a decade ago, when Horn and Mick met as choir students at Nashville’s Lipscomb University. While both had grown up on alt-rock and punk, they quickly bonded over a shared love for American roots music and the endless possibilities that lay beyond the boundaries of tradition and expectation.

The Small Town Fall Festival Event Series is free and open to the public.
The Town of Floyd offers this series of free events to provide a fun, family-friendly atmosphere in downtown Floyd, VA.
Bring your lawn chair and/or blanket.
Gates will be open and access provided to the public starting at 6:00 PM.
