Carilion New River Valley Medical Center presents the 2023 Child Safety Day and Fall Festival for Toddlers, Tweens and Teens on Sunday, October 29, 2023.

Join us for an activity-packed afternoon! Put on your Halloween costume and enjoy this Trunk or Treat event. Local fire and rescue responders will be there with their vehicles. And don’t miss the health, wellness and safety presentations. A Community Event to inspire better health!
