Moon Hollow Brewing's Fraser & Katie presents the class "New Moon Relaxation: Meditation, Stretch, & Sound Bath" on Tuesday, October 17, 2023.

This class opens with a guided meditation and flows into 30 minutes of gentle stretching with Katie. Once your body is relaxed, enjoy a 45-minute chakra-balancing sound bath performed by Fraser. Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to embrace the energy of the new moon.

After waking from your sound bath, there will be time for journaling, reflection, and complimentary tea! Beer will be available for purchase after the event as well.

Chair stretches are available for those who don’t want to get down on the floor.

The cost is $27.00 per person.

Note: Signing up on Eventbrite reserves your spot, but tickets still must be purchased at the event.

Bring water, a towel or yoga mat, a blanket maybe a pillow, and your journal. Feel free to bring other props that will make your experience more comfortable.

No prior experience is necessary. This event is open to all levels.
