New River Community College's Concert Series presents a free music concert featuring New River Line and Fork Mountain Ramblers on Saturday, October 14, 2023 inside 117 Edwards Hall located on the New River Community College campus in Dublin, VA.
New River Line is a traditional bluegrass and gospel music group based in Woodlawn, VA. Since its informal beginning several years ago, New River Line continues to evolve and incorporate music which is influenced by many of the founding traditional bluegrass and gospel bands. The band has won multiple awards in band and instrumental competitions. The band is passionate about producing music that incorporates both gospel, traditional, and contemporary bluegrass music.

The Fork Mountain Ramblers play old-time music along with songs from the 1920s and 1930s thrown in the mix, including country blues, ragtime and jug band.

Admission is free though donations will be accepted to help with travel expenses for the musicians.
All are welcome.
Doors open at 5:00 PM and the music starts at 6:00 PM.
The Concert Series events are held the second Saturday of each month, October through April at New River Community College, a Crooked Road affiliated venue.
