Sprout Wellness presents New Moon Meditation, Stretching & Sound Bath Relaxation on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at Moon Hollow Brewing.

Join us for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation at Moon Hollow Brewing Company!

This class opens with a guided meditation and flows into 30 minutes of gentle stretching with Katie. Once your body is relaxed, enjoy a 45-min chakra-balancing sound bath performed by Fraser. After waking from your sound bath, there will be time for journaling, reflection, and complimentary tea.

Chair stretches are available for those who don’t want to get down on the floor.

Tickets are $27.00 per person with cash or Venmo accepted at the door.

Bring water, a towel or mat, a blanket, and your journal. Feel free to bring other props that will make your experience more comfortable.

Beer will be available for purchase after the event as well.

Doors will open at 6:45 PM and the class will begin at 7:00 PM.
