The Virginia Tech School of Performing Arts presents the Virginia Jazz Ensembles in concert on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 inside the Creativity and Innovation District Building on the campus of Virginia Tech.

Join the VT Jazz Ensembles for an evening concert. The performance will feather trumpeter John D'earth.

The program includes:

• Blue Train by John Coltrane
• I Mean You by Thelonius Monk
• Georgia on My Mind by Hoagy Carmichael and Stuart Gorrell
• Body & Soul by Johnny Green
• Take the 'A' Train by Billy Strayhorn
• Pump It Up! by Mike Tomaro
• The Joker by Lee Morgan
• Beyond Belief by John D'earth
• Capoeira by Don Pullen
• Reincarnation of a Lovebird by Charles Mingus
• Spring Can Really Hang You Up the Most by Tommy Wold and Fran Landesman

Tickets for the general public are $15.00, seniors are $12.00 and students & youth are $10.00
