In Balance Yoga Studio @ VTCRC presents Free Acroyoga Class on Saturday, January 27, 2024.
Learn about the playful practice of Acroyoga in a safe environment. Acroyoga is a physical practice that combines yoga and acrobatics typically involving a base, a flyer and spotter.
No experience or partner is necessary. All ages are welcome.
The first hour will be guided learning, followed by free form jam for an hour.
In Balance Yoga Studio @ VTCRC is located at 2000 Kraft Drive, Suite 1204 in Blacksburg, VA within the Virginia Tech Corporate Research Center.
