Sprout Wellness presents New Moon Meditation, Stretching, and Sound Bath Relaxation on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at Moon Hollow Brewing.

Join us for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation. Don't miss this opportunity to nourish your mind, body, and spirit.

This class opens with a guided meditation with breathwork and flows into 30 minutes of gentle stretching with Katie. Once your body is relaxed, enjoy a 45-min chakra-balancing sound bath performed by Fraser. After waking from your sound bath, there will be time for journaling, reflection, and complimentary tea! Beer will be available for purchase after the event as well.

The event is $27.00 per person.

No prior experience is necessary. This event is open to all levels.

Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to embrace the energy of the new moon.

Bring water, a towel or yoga mat, a blanket maybe a pillow, and your journal! Feel free to bring other props that will make your experience more comfortable.

Note: Chair stretches are available for those who don’t want to get down on the floor.
