The Blacksburg Library and Glade Road Growing presents the program "Let Kohlrabi into Your Heart (and Kitchen)" on Saturday, March 9, 2024.
An introduction to lesser-known local veggies even kids will love. There’s a variety of spring veggies that grow well here that many people have never heard of, let alone know how to prepare. We’ll cover some of our favorites, including tastings and recipes.
