The Carilion Clinic presents the program "Food and Mood" on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at the Pulaski Library.

Do you know how food affects your brain? Join us to learn more about the “gut-brain” link. Discover specific foods and eating patterns that support mental and emotional well-being. Learn to improve your mood through food.

Healthy refreshments will be served.

No registration required, just show up for this free event.
