Glade Road Growing presents an Equinox Daybreak Walk on Wednesday, March 20, 2024.

You’re invited for a pre-sunrise spring equinox walk here at the farm. Enjoy the daybreak with us!

Meet at 6:30 AM at the green farm gate and the end of the parking lot at 2351 Glade Road. We’ll hike to the seldom-visited back potato hill where we’ll get a panoramic view to the east to watch the colors of the sunrise. Our back potato hill is about a half-mile cold walk, uphill on uneven terrain in dim light, but so worth it! We’ll have a toast of warm apple cider at the top. Make sure to bring your own cup.
