In Balance Yoga Studio @ VTCRC presents a Free Acroyoga Class and Jam on Tuesday, April 2, 2024.
Learn about the playful practice of Acroyoga in a safe environment. Acroyoga is a physical practice that combines yoga and acrobatics typically involving a base, a flyer, and spotter.
No experience or partner is necessary. All ages are welcome, but the class may be most appropriate for 8 and up.
The first hour will be guided learning, followed by free form jam for an hour.
In Balance Yoga Studio @ VTCRC is located at 2000 Kraft Drive, Suite 1204 in Blacksburg, VA in the Virginia Tech Corporate Research Center.
