Nursery Natives presents the 2nd Annual Radford Redbud Festival 2024 on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at Nesselrod on the New.

The 2nd annual Radford Redbud Festival celebrates all things local with tremendous live music, foods, plants, arts, games and kids zone! Featuring performances from the Domino Trio, Jojo Stockton & Solacoustix, Nightwingz, Jimothy, The Woogemen, Trio Flux, Skieebo Wyms & Friends, Lily Comer, Drew Dodson, Tommy Edwards, The Renaissance Music Academy of Virginia, the Greater Pulaski Junior Appalachian Musicians and many more!

Celebrating Radford’s City Tree with over 40 vendors including food and beverage from Thai & More, Countryman Jamaican Grill, Las Tapatias, Long Way Brewing, Dobbins Hollow Winery & Cidery, Squeeze‘um & Shake'um Refreshment, Stairway to Leaven Bakery, Humbly Made Confections, Bailey’s Delights Bakery, Lister Farm, Southwest Sunrise Farm and Jezz Candiez.

Alongside an array of talented local and regional artisans, guests will have the chance to connect with some of the very best vendors and nurseries around! Including plants from Wood Thrush Natives, Gabriella the Garden Sage, Draper Springs Nursery and Gardens, Virginia Native Plant Society, Mountain Tropics, Feeding Appalachia, and festival host, Nursery Natives.

Kids zone: Greet the goats from 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM with Blue Ridge Goatscaping. Enjoy face-painting with Sublime Creations after 4:00 PM. Experience the coloring and activity table with work created by local artists all day. Jam with amateur musicians and their instructors at noon & 3:30 PM, and celebrate National Poetry Month with readings from Clyde Kessler and Kevin McDaniel.

Full-day tickets are $20.00 in advance and $25.00 at the gate. Youth Passes for ages 4-15 are $15.00. Admission is free for ages 3 and under. Half-day tickets at $20.00 at the gate and youth passes are $10.00 at the gate.

Join the festival early during the Golden Hour featuring "just a taste" of the festival from 11:00 AM to Noon which will gain you access to the Nesselrod grounds, live music with Drew Dodson, free plants and much more! The Golden Hour is a suggested donation of $5.00 and Golden Hour tickets will be available on Saturday April 13th at 6:00 AM.

There will be free plants for the first 100 guests!
