Description:
The Radford University College of Visual & Performing Arts presents The Queens Cartoonists in concert on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 inside the Bondurant Auditorium located within Preston Hall on the campus of Radford University.
Enjoy great cartoons, live music and antics for all ages! It's an audio-visual treat when The Queen's Cartoonists come to Radford to play live scores to classic cartoons. Projecting selections from more than 100 years of cartoons from around the world, the Queen's Cartoonists play the original scores live or mix it up with their own jazz and classical inspired compositions.
The Queen’s Cartoonists bring animated films to life, perfectly synchronizing their performances with the films projected on stage. The band matches the energy of the cartoons, leading the audience through a world of virtuosic musicianship, multi-instrumental mayhem, and comedy.
General admission tickets are $15.00, children ages 12 & under are $7.50 and free for those with a Radford University ID.
