The Virginia Tech School of Performing Arts continues their Music on Mondays series with Guitarist Michael Poll and Tenor Brian Thorsett on Monday, April 15, 2024 inside the Squires Recital Salon within the Squires Student Center on the campus of Virginia Tech.

Not millennials, but a millennium of music on display, from the sublime chants of Hildegard von Bingen to the passionate modality of Priaulx Rainier. Internationally acclaimed guitarist Michael Poll teams up with faculty members Brian Thorsett to present a rhapsodic evening of serenade featuring little known gems works by Strozzi, Ambruys and Lambert, alongside masterpieces by Britten, Schubert and Palomo.

Admission is free and no reservation is required.

The Squires Recital Salon is located at 241 Squires Student Center in Blacksburg, VA on the campus of Virginia Tech.
