The Farmhouse presents an Oyster Roast with Music by Drew Dodson and Old Salem Brewing Tap Takeover on Saturday, April 13, 2024.

We'll offer a variety of raw and grilled to perfection oysters available on the patio with musician Drew Dodson performing starting at 5:00 PM. Additionally, enjoy a Tap Takeover from Old Salem Brewing Company starting at 4:00 PM.

Drew Dodson, a talented singer and musician from Southwest Virginia, is a student at James Madison University studying Music Education. He brings a great variety of covers ranging from Americana to pop to R&B to rock all with his own soulful and funky touch! Drew’s stage presence and ability to connect with the audience is that of a seasoned musician.

He started performing at an early age. At 14 he played bass guitar and provided backup vocals in an adult classic rock band. At 16 he decided to go out on his own to perform solo acoustic sets at local restaurants and any place that would have him. Since then, Drew’s been playing breweries, restaurants and other venues from Tennessee to Northern Virginia.
