In Balance Yoga Studio @ VTCRC presents a Free Acroyoga Class and Jam on Tuesday, April 30, 2024.
Learn about the playful practice of Acroyoga in a safe environment. Acroyoga is a physical practice that combines yoga and acrobatics typically involving a base, a flyer, and spotter.
No experience or partner is necessary.
The first hour will be guided learning, followed by free form jam for an hour.
If the temperature is above 65 and it is not raining, we will meet at the corner of Pratt Dr and Kraft Dr outside the In Balance CRC studio. Otherwise we will meet at the CRC In Balance studio.
In Balance Yoga Studio @ VTCRC is located at 2000 Kraft Drive, Suite 1204 in Blacksburg, VA.
