The Christiansburg Farmers Market presents their 2024 Opening Day on Thursday, May 16, 2024 in the parking lot of the Christiansburg Recreation Center.
Join us for our opening day for the 2024 season! The afternoon will include some of your favorite vendors and a few new ones. If you haven't planted your garden yet, vendors will have a variety of plants and seedlings available for purchase.
Bring a lawn chair and listen to live music performed by Jack Slaughter. There will also be games, special giveaways and prizes!
The opening of the market will also see the return of plastic bag collection and phrase of the day.
NOTE: Scoops Ice Cream will no longer be able to attend.
The Christiansburg Farmers Market is open every Thursday from 2:00-6:00 PM at the Christiansburg Rec Center from May 16th through October 31st.
Christiansburg Recreation Center is located at 1600 North Franklin St in Christiansburg, VA.
