Cabo Fish Taco presents a Free Summer Solstice Beach Yoga Community Class with In Balance Yoga instructors as part of Downtown Blacksburg's 2024 Summer Solstice Fest with classes offered daily starting at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 through Saturday June 15, 2024 outside at Cabo Fish Taco.

Cabo Fish Taco has once again filled their parking lot with over 20 tons of sand and created Cabo "Beach" for Summer Solstice.

Join instructors from In Balance Yoga as they lead daily yoga sessions outside on the beach at Cabo starting at 9:00 AM each morning. These are flowing classes linking breath and movement in sequences that work all of the major joints and muscles of the body. Posture, meditation, and movement are introduced.

This class is open to all levels. Accessible to any and all body types.

Admission is free and all are welcome.
