Carilion Clinic Community Health and Outreach presents a Free Outdoor Tai Chi Class every Tuesday from Tuesday, May 7, 2024 through Tuesday, September 24, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM outside Pearisburg First United Methodist Church.

Looking for a way to reduce stress? Join us for a free tai chi class indoors. Often described as "meditation in motion," tai chi promotes relaxation through gentle, flowing movements. Together we will practice mind-body connection techniques to improve mental health and well-being.

Admission is free.

Registration is not required, just show up.

Note: Event will be canceled due to rain or extreme heat.
