The Carilion Clinic presents Free Garden Yoga every Wednesday from Wednesday, June 5, 2024 through Wednesday, September 25, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM outside the Giles Community Garden.

Join us for a free yoga class in a peaceful garden at the base of Angel’s Rest. This healthy practice connects mind and body, builds strength and flexibility, and improves balance.

Registration is not required, just show up.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket.

Parking is free and available on-site.

Note: Event will be cancelled due to rain or extreme heat.

The Giles Community Garden is located directly behind Christ Episcopal Church (Pearisburg, VA) at 529 Wenonah Avenue in Pearisburg, VA.
