Summer Musical Enterprise presents "Mary Poppins the Broadway Musical" with six performances at the Moss Arts Center starting on Wednesday, August 7, 2024 and continuing through Sunday, August 11, 2024.

One of the most popular Disney movies of all time, the stage adaptation captures hearts in a whole new way: as a practically perfect musical! Based on the books by P.L. Travers and the classic Walt Disney film, Disney and Cameron Mackintosh's Mary Poppins delighted Broadway audiences for over 2,500 performances and received nominations for nine Olivier and seven Tony Awards, including Best Musical.

You will feel supercalifragilisticexpialidocious when you see the gorgeous set by Front Row Theatrical, the flying effects by ZFX, Inc. and of course the amazing cast!

The Summer Musical Enterprise (SME) was formed in the fall of 1992 as a result of the production of The Music Man. SME has produced a major musical every summer from 1992 to present.

The organization has attempted to provide a musical theatre outlet for families in the area and is structured to allow all members of a family to be involved in the production. The opportunity for the youth to be involved in the productions provides a rich learning environment that is consistent with the creative fabric of our community.
