Moon Hollow Brewing presents Tomato Tasting with Tomato Cat on Thursday, August 15, 2024.
Think all tomatoes taste the same? Join Tomato Cat Farm and Moon Hollow Brewing for a tomato extravaganza sure to change your brain. This event will include a flight-style tasting of bodacious heirloom tomatoes fresh from our farm, sweet, fruity, smoky, tropical, fuzzy, purple, orange, striped, sparkly, all of them real damn delicious. Freshly-made tomato juice will be provided for attendees to make their own micheladas. The event will end with a vote to crown the top tomato. A pop-up market will follow.
This will be a mellow, loosely-guided event with ample time to relax, ask questions, eat tomatoes, drink beer and worship at the altar of the nightshade queen.
The cost is $15.00 per person. Pay via cash or Venmo at the door.

Registration is requested so we can plan how much to harvest. Space is limited to 25 people.
Tomato Cat is a Christiansburg-based urban farm that specializes in growing garden starts, heirloom produce, herbs and tea. Tomato Cat sells at the Narrows Farmers Market and hosts events and classes at Moon Hollow Brewing.
Moon Hollow Brewing is located at 4237 Prices Fork Road in Blacksburg, VA.
